Canadian Red Bull Air Race pilot joins official timekeeper Hamilton

Pete McLeod has been wowing the crowds since he first took part in the World Championship at the tender age of just 25 back in 2009. He recorded his first victory in Las Vegas in 2014, becoming the youngest ever winner of an Air Race.

Since then, Pete has continued to dazzle Air Race fans with edge-of-the-seat displays. When Pete races in his Edge 540 V3, fans are guaranteed that he will hold nothing back. Designing and creating timepieces for serious pilots, Hamilton knows what it takes to succeed in the world of air racing and we’re delighted to be able to work with Pete this season.

Despite having been a pilot for 20 years, Pete is still fascinated by aviation. Asked what advice he would give to young pilots he says: “Never stop learning, exploring, and take the time to enjoy every flight. Human flight truly is amazing!”

Hamilton is proud to welcome Pete McLeod as a brand ambassador. Pete wears the Khaki X-Wind Day Date Auto.

Hamilton is the trusted partner and Official Timekeeper of the Red Bull Air Race. In 2018, Hamilton is celebrating our first century of timing the skies.
