Twenty exceptional leaders influencing Canadian aviation and aerospace

In our annual Top 20 Under 40 awards program, sponsored by the Seneca School of Aviation, Wings magazine recognizes inspiring young leaders who are actively influencing the direction of Canadian aviation and aerospace. This diverse group represents industry innovation and vision, corporate development, entrepreneurial leadership and pure passion for the vast world of aerospace.

These 20 leaders, who are all under the age of 40 as of December 31, 2018, were selected by our editorial team following a nomination process over several months and our own industry outreach to seek out individual influence, achievement and commitment to the communities and companies they help lead.
