Hire A Student And Receive Up To $7,000 Per Placement

The Canadian Council for Aviation and Aerospace’s Student Work Placement Program offers Canadian aviation and aerospace companies funding to hire co-op students and interns

Your company could receive up to:
$5,000 - Per placement of full-time or part-time students enrolled in any college or university program

$7,000 - Per placement of:

• First-year students
• Women in STEM
• Indigenous people
• Persons with disabilities

1. Employer completes the simple online form at avaerocouncil.ca/en/swilp/employer
2. Student visits avaerocouncil.ca/en/swilp/student to fill out their application form
3. CCAA assesses eligibility within 48 hours and contacts employer
4. On approval, employer provides documents to support their application
5. CCAA and employer sign a contract and agree to a payment schedule
