Analytics, especially artificial intelligence has the potential to significantly disrupt the aerospace industry. However, getting organized to maximize the impact of this technology is something that most organization will find very challenging to do. In this panel, the potential and limitations of applying analytics to solve real business problems will be discussed. Panelists will also share what they believe are key ingredients to scale analytics and maximize long term impact across the organization.

Nivine Kallab was named VP Customer Programs at Pratt & Whitney Canada in February 2022. In her current role, Nivine brings innovative leadership to Service Engineering, Commercial & Technical Support, for all P&WC engines and services to operators worldwide and OEM customers.

In her previous role as Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development, Nivine was responsible for P&WC’s next transformation in product and service strategy, leveraging market knowledge and understanding of trends and factors that impact the market, leading the business-development teams that are focused on redefining the business model and expanding offerings in non-traditional markets and countries. She also provided leadership and direction to produce fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide the future of P&WC, while leveraging business intelligence and advanced analytics.

Ghislain Gagné is a partner at McKinsey & Company in Montreal. He is a leader in McKinsey’s Artificial Intelligence practice and co-leads the Digital Twin service line at QuantumBlack.

Ghislain helps organizations plan and execute analytics transformation at scale, by taking an agile approach to accelerate business impact and by developing the right internal capabilities (e.g. talent, data governance, tech infrastructure, operating model and change management).

Before joining McKinsey & Company, Ghislain led a consulting firm in Analytics that provided advisory and technical talent in program management, data engineering, data science and web development. His firm operated in multiple sectors and industries such as logistics and supply chain, manufacturing, telecommunication and banking.
