CAE announced today at the 2017 Asia Pacific Airline Training Symposium (APATS) the expansion of its training footprint in South East Asia, through a collaboration with the Jakarta Aviation Training Centre (JATC).

ATAC To Appear Before TRAN

On September 14, ATAC will comment on Bill C-49 before the House Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure and Communities. The bill addresses important issues such as foreign ownership, passenger rights, CATSA, and joint ventures.

C-49 stipulates the changes the Minister desires in these areas but gives few specifics. While stakeholders may support some of these changes in principle, their applicability can only be determined by the accompanying regulatory changes to ensue.
