ATAC aims for an improved Memorandum of Understanding on Airport Improvement Fees. With only 17 months until the renewal deadline of May 31, 2019, ATAC and the other Airlines and Airport Signatories have a lot on their plate. We want a more modern agreement that reflects lessons learned, easier to interpret and clearer in its conflict resolution rules.
As a party to this agreement and its administrator, ATAC has dutifully and professionally carried out its mandate, defined by articles 17.1 and 23 of the Agreement, to independently advise, consult and facilitate signatories on all MOA matters.
