After consulting with Members ATAC today tabled its formal comments to the CTA on C-49, the passenger protection bill which received royal assent in May.

ATAC identified key principles which must govern rule makers. These include shared responsibility, reasonable compensation, and avoiding a one-size-fits all approach

ATAC focused its attention of the following: Northern operations, communications: recourse options, flight delays and cancellations, denied boarding, tarmac delays, lost or damaged baggage, and the transportation of musical instruments.
