A closer look at a critical component to Bombardier’s turnaround, as manufacturing of the Global 7500 is in full swing at the company’s Toronto production facility. Bombardier expects to deliver 20 Global 7500s in 2019, followed by 40 deliveries in 2020, which will be close to the aircraft’s full annual production level.

Gathered at the 2018 Annual Meeting, ATAC Members unanimously voted in favor of a motion supporting ATAC’s position on FDT.
ATAC members are not opposed to revisiting FDT regulations, but the rules currently proposed are unacceptable as they disregard industry’s serious economic and safety concerns and do not address the realities of Canada’s size, threaten service to our remote, northern and indigenous regions, and undermine the maintenance of safe, affordable and accessible air service. Also, they are contrary to the principle of sector by sector regulations of the existing Canadian Aviation Regulations.
