Vaccine Mandate Could Lead to Service Disruptions

The vaccine mandate having not been granted the force of law employers can only encourage employees to be vaccinated or retort to punitive action. This could lead to retaliation on the part of anti-vaccine employees.
The resulting labour shortages could lead to service cuts or cancelled or delayed flights. While some larger carriers may have furloughed personnel happy to replace employees refusing to abide by the vaccine mandate, that is certainly not the case for many smaller carriers.
