Why Isn’t Regional Aviation on the Government’s Radar?

Last spring, we complained that the Government has yet to table anything of substance to help regional air transport in Canada.
Finance Canada had up until recently the false impression that the Regional Air Transportation Initiative (RATI), Canada’s Response Plan for regional aviation with its $206 M over two years shared with Regional Development Agencies initiatives, had allowed regional air transport to survive in Canada.
