Transport Canada Service Under Strain

TC should concentrate its dwindling resources on providing services that cannot be delivered by third parties, and delegate to industry those services that would only require government oversight rather than execution.

ATAC provided the past three Transport Ministers a detailed list of services that could be delegated without going through lengthy legislative or regulatory changes.
