Our new Radini bread line is a production solution for craft bakers who want to automate or increase their production. The bread line can process different types of dough, from soft to firm dough including doughs with inclusions. Due to its versatility, it can produce different product shapes such as buns, rolls, loaves and baguettes. The line can be expanded as your business grows thanks to its modular design.
The line can also be equipped with strewing solutions to add seeds on the top or bottom of your breads. Besides strewing, automatic tray loading is also an option. For a seamless transition from production line to proofing, you can choose to add a tray loader at the end of your Radini to automatically load the products onto your baking trays.
