Chef Joseph Montinaro of Toronto’s Dolcini by Joseph, West Finch Bakery and the soon-to-launch Cantina Amici Forno will lead an in-person demonstration on how to incorporate versatile California fig ingredients such as whole, diced, e-diced, paste and juice concentrate into a selection of pastry and baked goods. Chef Joseph will share techniques and ideas you can take back to your own kitchen. You’ll have the chance to connect with fellow bakers and, of course, taste the delicious results.
