Schwartz Levitsky Feldman Inc., as Trustee of 1859696 Ontario Ltd. o/a Golden Bake Shop invites offers for the purchase of the Trustee’s right, title and interest, if any, in the assets of the company. The company operates as a manufacturer of baking products, specifically bread and buns.
The assets may be inspected on the 8th of December, 2025 at 85 Spy Court, Suite 101, Markham, ON from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Offers shall be submitted in response to the Tender Package prepared by the Trustee at the office of Schwartz Levitsky Feldman Inc., 1500-2300 Yonge Street, Box 2434 Toronto, ON by 3:00 in the afternoon on December 12, 2025 Attention: James Graham, CIRP, and shall be in envelopes clearly marked “Offer- 1859696 Ontario Ltd.”
