Canadian Biomass has opened nominations for our inaugural national awards program to celebrate outstanding individuals, communities, and companies working passionately to advance the country’s bioeconomy.

Five awards will be given out:

• Champion of the Year – individual award
• Company of the Year – company award
• Community Project of the Year – community award
• Thought Leader of the Year – individual award
• Lifetime Achievement – individual award

Awards are open to bioenergy, bioproducts and biofuels industry members, projects, and companies. The winners will be featured in the spring issue of Canadian Biomass and in an online ceremony and education forum. Deadline for entries is Feb. 23, 2024.
