Prodesa is involved in the design, manufacturing and commissioning of the new belt dryer for the 210.000 ton/year capacity pellet plant, owned by Northern Pellet Limited Partnership, which is a joint venture between Pinnacle Renewable Energy and Tolko Industries Limited.
Located in High Level, Alberta (Canada), the 325-m2 size belt dryer is now under construction and will be soon producing pellets that will be mainly exported to power producers located in Europe and Japan.
The equipment will partially have a second product layer, key to achieve not only a homogenous drying but also an excellent quality of the product and a reduced electricity consumption.
