Based on your feedback to our previous editions, this year’s event will focus on where and how women across Canada can find helpful resources, increase career satisfaction and enhance work-life balance within the engineering community. We will also discuss allyship—i.e. what specific roles that men, who continue to outnumber women in the industry, can play in supporting greater gender equity, to the benefit of all engineers.
