A message from the publisher

On March 5, 2026, Canadian Forest Industries, Pulp & Paper Canada, Canadian Biomass, and Opérations Forestières et de Scierie will host the Women in Forestry Virtual Summit. This free, national event will bring together industry professionals for a meaningful discussion on gender and diversity in the forest sector.

Session 1: Beyond logging and sawmilling, will showcase the diversity of forest products sector careers through a discussion with industry members with careers in areas such as: biodiversity and ecology, corporate affairs, dust and explosion safety, and more.
