Nominations can come from anyone familiar with the nominee’s work and character, including supervisors, coworkers or advisors. The more detail you share, the stronger their chances at cracking the Top 10.

Nominee requirements:

• Younger than 40 before Dec. 31, 2025
• Working in Canada, or a Canadian citizen working abroad
