The Advance: Women in Manufacturing Virtual Summit is welcoming speaker proposals to present at the 4th annual digital day of discussion around gender and diversity in the Canadian manufacturing sector.

On March 6, we expect to welcome back hundreds of changemakers who are looking for inspiration and advice on fostering inclusion in our industry and reaping all the innovation that comes from it.

We are looking for speakers to cover the following audience-requested themes, and welcome suggestions as well:

• Indigenous and BIPOC inclusion and leadership in manufacturing
• Mentorship how-to’s and success stories
• Career planning
• Effective (and ineffective) workplace or government IDEA policies
• International Women’s Day 2024 theme of #InspireInclusion
