Canada’s shift to a clean economy is being hindered by a persistent skilled labour gap, despite significant investments in research and development. This shortage threatens to stall progress and undermine the country’s long-term economic prosperity and competitiveness. To succeed, Canada must not only innovate – but also rapidly deploy these innovations across every sector. That requires a highly skilled workforce.
