*Terms and Conditions for Customer Incentive Program
- Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the participation in Gentek Building Products, LTD's Customer Incentive Program (the "Program").
1.2. By participating in the Program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Eligibility
2.1 The Program is only open to new customer accounts of Gentek Building Products, LTD (“Gentek”) who have never done business with Gentek previously.
2.2. To participate, customers must purchase a minimum of $3000 (before taxes and shipping) of eligible products from specified product categories and lines during the promotion period.
- Promotion Details
3.1. The promotion period is from August 5, 2024, to August 30, 2024 ("Promotion Period").
3.2. Invoicing and pickup of purchased products must be completed between August 5, 2024, and September 30, 2024.
3.3. For every $3000 spent on participating product categories and lines, a $250 discount will be applied to the total purchase amount at the time of invoicing, provided that all promotion criteria are met.
3.4. All products eligible for the promotion must be submitted on one invoice. Products not eligible for the promotion must be submitted on a separate order and will not qualify for the $250 discount.
- Participant Responsibilities
4.1. Participants must provide accurate and complete information when making a qualifying purchase.
4.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all promotional requirements are met at the time of purchase.
- Restrictions
5.1. This promotion is not valid in combination with any other promotion, discount, or incentive offered by Gentek.
5.2. The discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold.
- Modification and Termination
6.1. Gentek reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2. In the event of termination, participants who have already made qualifying purchases but have not yet redeemed their incentive may still do so within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by Gentek.
- Privacy
7.1. Participant information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with Gentek's privacy policy.
7.2. By participating in the Program, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Program and promotion.
- Limitation of Liability
8.1. Gentek is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Program or use of any incentives.
8.2. In no event shall Gentek's liability exceed $250.
- Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Ontario, Canada.
