In order to apply sesame seeds to bagels, a customer first needed to spray a thin layer of water on them for the sesame seeds to 'stick' to. We recommended an EXAIR Model AF9010SS No Drip Internal Mix Flat Fan Atomizing Nozzle. This food grade stainless steel nozzle sprays in a wide, flat pattern which is perfect for this application. The no drip feature conserves liquid between applications. |
