IO-Link, Smart and ready for Industry 4.0

U-PACE is a comprehensive aid to improving work processes when it comes to instrumentation.
IO-Link technology is used here for intelligent networking, the core of Industry 4.0. In the case of temperature-dependent measurements, the media temperature data of the respective sensor can be used to enable compensated measurements.
In addition, the implementation as smart electronics offers numerous diagnostic functions - for defective temperature sensors, empty pipe detection and much more.
Furthermore, 3 filter functions are supported to compensate for pulsations (e.g. caused by use of peristaltic pumps) - namely standard, IIR and exponential smoothing.
