ATEX Cabinet Cooler® Systems

For cooling electronic controls in ATEX Zones 2 and 22 (potentially explosive) environments, EXAIR offers the compressed air powered ATEX Cabinet Cooler System. Designed to work in purged and pressurized electrical enclosures, they are low cost, reliable, and meet the stringent ATEX standards for UL certification, CE compliance, and OSHA compliance. ATEX Cabinet Coolers are available in cooling capacities from 1,000 Btu/hr. to 5,600 Btu/hr and can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical knockout.

EXAIR also offers the Hazardous Location Cabinet Cooler System — a specialized Cabinet Cooler for protecting sensitive electronics in hazardous locations.

High Temperature Air Amplifiers

EXAIR Air Amplifers are engineered to use a small amount of compressed air to induce movement of a large volume of surrounding air. For hot environments like ovens, furnaces, and large molds, specially designed High Temperature Air Amplifiers are ideal for evenly distributing heat to all areas for prevention of defects in casting and molding operations. Rated to 700°F (374°C), they are effective for most high temperature operations.

EasySwitch Wet/Dry Vac

Workplace cleanup often involves both wet and dry materials and there are very few all-in-one industrial strength solutions to pick it all up. EXAIR's answer is to take one of our powerful, clog-free, compressed air powered vacuums and add a special, patented filter changing system to make it quick and easy to switch between the two! This system fits on top of a 55 gallon open top drum so that it can be easily switched to another drum for pickup of different material types. Available with both conventional and HEPA filtration.

Intellistat® Ion Air Gun

Engineered specifically to remove static and particulates in Class 5 Rated cleanroom settings (ISO 14644-1), this ionizing air gun is perfect for electronics manufacturing, assembly, and scientific testing. It efficiently delivers compressed air past a shockless ionizing point through a non-marring nozzle to deliver precise blowoff with exceptional static decay rates. To reduce fatigue during extended use, it features a lightweight, dissipative polycarbonate body and a short-throw trigger.

Sanitary Flange Line Vac

For efficient, clog-free movement of high volumes of material in hygienic environments, EXAIR engineered a special compressed air powered conveyor. Constructed of corrosion resistant type 316 stainless steel with clamp style flange fittings for quick removal, it is easy to perform frequent cleanup and washdown operations. With no moving parts and no electricity, minimal maintenance is needed. ISO 2852 compatible.
