SIAL Dairy
This year, the Cheese sector makes way for the Dairy sector and its marquis event: the new competition for the 'Best Canadian Cheesemonger,' chaired by master cheesemonger Yannick Achim.

The SoSIAL Program
SoSIAL is a dedicated program fighting food waste and providing assistance to those in need. All food products are collected and stored at the end of the exhibition, and then distributed locally to various centers that aid individuals in need.
Did you know? For every visitor registration at the 2024 exhibition, SIAL Canada will donate $5 to Moisson Montréal.
