Our ULMA VFFS machines are specifically designed to handle continuous or intermittent motion vertical wrapping for a variety of unique product types, across various industries. Our vertical baggers are hygienic, easy-to-use, and highly flexible when vertically packaging liquids, pastes, powders, granulated foods, frozen foods (IQF), snacks, vegetables, and many other particulate products. They adapt to almost any film type, maintenance costs are low, and machine components are readily accessible for easy film changeover or other operating tasks.
If sanitation is a priority, we have machines with an IP66 degree of protection, and surfaces that prevent the accumulation of dirt and facilitate water drainage. Delicate or fragile items might be better protected when gravity assists in their handling. For that we offer machines that can be set at a 45º incline.
We also have the Venturi system™, our patented suction system that ensures light products such as leafy greens drop more quickly, and don’t get jammed in the forming tube.
Our patented Tight-Bag™ and Tight-Chicken™ systems allow you to control the level of air inside the packaging without any perforations. Key benefits are fully sealed bags, safer products with no risk of external contamination, no moisture loss, and no oxidation.
