Meet Gilbert and Brett Wolfe, the Founder and President behind one of Canada’s honey producers, Wolfe Honey, based in Guy, Alberta.
Watch Brett give us a tour of their honey production process. Two production lines, one for cream honey and one for liquid, both end with a METTLER TOLEDO X12 X-ray inspection system. He shows how they use the X-ray units to inspect their finished goods for foreign materials.
In a recent Safe Quality Food (SQF) audit, the company scored highly in its Level 2 Certification, passing the audit with ease. Wolfe Honey highlighted the X12 X-ray systems as part of the overall food safety program, and they believe this was one of the key reasons they received such a high rating in the audit.
