Plant Manager Ali Masoumzadeh shows in the video how the Reiser Variovac 45 provides bulk film packaging for the chicken and other meat products it supplies to all of their store outlets across the country. “The quality of the sealing is very, very important.”
Reiser’s Terry Rees adds: “We have four service technicians to every salesperson across the country,” to satisfy customers. He adds, ”the industrial-grade HMI panel is very intuitive and easy to use.”
Osmow’s like the machine so much, they bought another for their new plant in the US.
Watch as chicken is diced, formed and packaged into 5 kg pouches to be frozen and shipped to Osmow’s franchisees.
