2025 Linear Shaft Rail and Support Assembly Guide
We understand how challenging it can be to correctly specify all the components required in a complete linear assembly including end supports, rails, shafting and linear bearings. Our new Linear Shaft Rail and Support Assembly Guide is designed to take all of that guesswork out of the process by using simplified tables, easy-to-find information, and an intuitive part nomenclature system.
Critical dimensions for continuous rails, supports, linear bearings and linear shafting options including mounting holes;
Linear Bearing Pillow Block options including standard open and closed configurations, self-aligning, double-wide, and high-load;
Available options for shafting and linear bearings including ball retainers, seals and anti-corrosion alternatives.
In addition to the assembly guide, we have also created a short leaflet featuring the brand new TOPBALL® Ultimate Linear Bearings.
These ultra-high precision linear bearings are self-aligning and feature an optimized load plate and a modified outer cylinder structure with double the number of ball circuits in each bearing.
