LEDVANCE has announced the launch of its PHASE EV™ Gen 2 Level 2 Commercial Charger, designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s commercial EV infrastructure. Backed by over 100 years of global electrical and energy expertise, this next-generation solution is now available in Canada and across North America.
The PHASE EV™ Gen 2 delivers up to 48A of charging power (11.5kW) and includes selectable amperage settings, a 4.3-inch multilingual touchscreen, and standard connectivity options such as WiFi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, and RFID. Installers and site owners can also upgrade with 4G, ISO 15118 (Plug & Charge), and a credit card reader to support a range of user access needs.
The charger is CTEP certified and designed to operate in extreme temperatures (-40°C to +50°C), with rear or bottom wiring, NEMA 4, IP65-rated housing, and wall or pedestal mounting options. Pre-configured for ChargeLab and OCPP 1.6/2.0.1 compliant, it supports both networked and free-charging modes.
