Bourns 1202 Series Type-1 Hybrid Surge Protective Devices

Bourns® 1202 series Type-1 hybrid surge protective devices (H-SPD), available from Digi-Key, are designed with metal oxide varistor (MOV) and gas discharge tube (GDT) technologies. The 1202 series employs a full multi-mode protection scheme with hybrid designs utilized in the line-to-line, line-to-neutral, and neutral-to-ground configurations. The hybrid design has virtually no leakage and isolates the MOV from line voltage, helping to increase its life and reliability.
