Judith Nyirameza
Judith is widely recognized as a leader and innovator in regenerative soil management. She has led and taken part in numerous national projects, including the Living Laboratory – Atlantic Canada project. She’s an active advocate for the Living Lab concept and is also highly interested in the next generation of soil scientists, having served as an adjunct professor at Dalhousie University and Laval University. She was also recognized as one of the 2023 Influential Women in Canadian Agriculture.
Victoria Stamper
Victoria Stamper has served as general manager of the United Potato Growers of Canada (UPG) since 2022. UPG’s mission is to provide potato industry information, intelligence and analysis that allows producers to make timely, informed production and marketing decisions. She holds a bachelors of commerce with a major in marketing from the University of Guelph and comes from a commodities distribution background, sharing with the organization and industry at large her experience in sales, purchasing, marketing, administration and HR.
Vikram Bisht
Vikram is currently the provincial pest management specialist at Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Initaitives (MAFRI) for potato and horticultural crops including vegetables and small fruits. He obtained his PhD in plant pathology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign working on soybean and seedborne diseases. Prior to joining MAFRI, he managed seed potat minituber production greenhouses in China for supporting the potato supply chains for North American multinational potato processors
