Actinovate® Biofungicide is a powerful technology for disease management within an Integrated Pest Management program. Actinovate has been found effective against a broad spectrum of plant pathogens, including various species of fungi and bacteria. The active ingredient, Streptomyces lydicus WYEC 108, produces antifungal and antibacterial compounds that inhibit the growth of pathogenic organisms. The use of Actinovate in disease management programs can contribute to resistance management as the unique active ingredient utilizes novel modes of action not found in other products.
