Located just outside of Portland, Oregon, this facility was constructed in 2022 with 27,000+ sq. ft. of growing area and designed for expansion to more than 223,000 sq. ft. of growing area. The first phase can produce 400,000+ clamshells of baby-leaf lettuce, herbs and other greens annually. The growing system is flexible and can produce many different types of crops. Infrastructure has been designed and professionally engineered for the phased expansion of this facility with back-up power generation installed. The facility was built for efficiency with low labor requirements and high output. Equipment includes rolling ebb-&-flow tables, tray elevator, wash station, high-speed seeding line, high-speed harvest system, automatic rolling energy shades, Wadsworth SEED control system, CO2 burners, dehumidifiers, on-site cold storage and precise design standards allow for superior quality and rapid plant maturity. Future expansion is designed for automation to further control labor costs. Partial owner financing may be available to qualified parties.
Designed and operated as an organic facility. The Portland Metro communities and wider regional area have high-demand for quality, organic product and rapid expansion is anticipated.
