U.S. EPA finalizes final rule on use of certain PFAS in products

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency finalized a significant new use rule on June 22, giving the agency the authority to review an expansive list of products containing per- and polyfluorinated substances (PFAS) before they could be manufactured, sold, or imported in the United States.
