Help your customers invest in energy efficiency with increased incentives¹ for energy-saving upgrades,² such as building controls, boiler optimization and hybrid rooftop units. | If you’re working with social or municipal housing providers or eligible private market-rate multi-family buildings, contact us to see if your customers qualify for up to 12X the incentives.³ | Contact an Energy Solutions Advisor (ESA) early in your project planning to to ensure your project qualifies. | Learn more about business partner and customer incentives. | |

| Enhanced and bonus incentives on controls projects | Your customers can get up to 4X incentives in 2025 for controls projects. Eligible projects involve adding energy-efficient controls to heating equipment or additional functionality to the existing control system. Examples include the addition of building automation systems and variable frequency drives. Contact an ESA early in your planning to learn how your customers can qualify for enhanced incentives. | | | | |
| Optimize boiler efficiency to increase savings | | We’re launching a pilot program in the first quarter of 2025 to help customers optimize boiler performance. It starts with incentivized assessments to identify heating system performance gaps. When customers make the recommended improvements and increase boiler operating efficiency—like fixing heating imbalances or operation of HVAC equipment that depends on boiler heat—they can earn an enhanced implementation incentive and a top-up assessment incentive. It’s a smart way to boost efficiency and save more. Budget is limited for this pilot—talk to your ESA to see how you and your customer can participate. | Assessment incentive | Up to $10,000 | per site, to cover up to 50 percent of eligible assessment costs.5 | Submit the assessment reports before Aug. 31, 2025 to receive incentives. Assessments must take place before implementation of a boiler optimization project. | | | Implementation incentive | $1.00/m³ | up to 75 percent of upgrade costs4 (maximum $100,000 per project). | To qualify for enhanced boiler optimization incentives, projects must be installed and submitted by Nov. 30, 2025. | | | Assessment top-up incentive | Up to $10,000 | per site, to cover up to 100 percent of eligible assessment costs,5 if a qualifying boiler optimization project is implemented as recommended after the assessment. | | | To become a participating business partner for the boiler optimization pilot, please connect with an ESA. | | | |
| Updated incentives for hybrid rooftop units | This year we’re offering new customer incentives for hybrid rooftop units (RTUs)—packaged units with an electric heat pump and natural gas furnace for supplemental heating. Incentive applies to the replacement of an existing natural gas RTU or addition to a new construction building. | Contact an ESA to confirm eligibility before beginning any work. | Heating capacity | Incentives | ≤ 32 kBtu/hr | $1,000/unit | 33 – 77 kBtu/hr | $2,500/unit | 78 – 110 kBtu/hr | $4,000/unit | 111 – 200 kBtu/hr | $8,000/unit | ≥ 201 kBtu/hr | $40/kBtu/hr | | Incentives based on hybrid RTU heating capacity. Heating capacity refers to the RTU heat pump-rated heating capacity at 47 F in kBtu/hr. | Custom incentive | Custom incentives of $1.50/m³ may be available for hybrid RTUs ≥ 201 kBtu/hr heating capacity if your project doesn’t meet the fixed incentive criteria. Your ESA will let you know if this applies to your project. | | | Business partner incentive¹ | $100 per unit | | | | | |

| Business partners: Earn unit incentives and a year-end bonus | You can receive incentives for every piece of eligible high‑efficiency equipment installed by your customer, as well as a higher one-time bonus at the end of the year. | Get incentives for air curtains, condensing make-up air units, dock door seals, demand control ventilation, demand control kitchen ventilation, destratification fans, energy recovery/heat recovery ventilators, hybrid rooftop units and ozone laundry. | $100/unit | PLUS! One-time bonus incentives based on the total number of qualifying projects installed for the year: | 50 – 99 units | $2,000 | 100 – 199 units | $5,000 | ≥ 200 units | $8,000 | | | | | | |
|
| Bonus incentives for a limited time | For a limited time, we’re offering customer bonus incentives on condensing make-up air units, ozone laundry systems and demand control kitchen ventilation (DCKV). See bonus offer details on our website. | | | | |
