As a Consultant, Sue is part of a high performing team who delivers strategic consulting and insights to Sun Life clients with the goal of improving the health of their employees and supporting organizational health and wellness objectives.

Prior to joining Sun Life, Sue worked as a Physiotherapist. Sue received her BSc. in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. She has completed the GBA certification of CEBS and has also received the “Certified Excellence Professional for Healthy Workplaces” designation through Excellence Canada.

Lisa Beech-Hawley

Health & Safety Program Manager at Ontario Power Generation
With B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, she's been a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist since 2002. Lisa has previously served as the Past President of the Business Council on Occupational Health and Safety and is currently Vice Chair of the Ontario Business Coalition. In 2022, she was named one of Canada’s Top Women in Safety by Canadian Occupational Safety magazine. She has extensive experience in ergonomics, leading initiatives at OPG that recently earned a Silver award for Best Ergonomics Program at the 2023 OHS Honours awards.

Ken Brodie

With a national track record in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management, he has launched award-winning safety initiatives and developed impactful partner programs. A team-oriented leader, Ken prioritizes delivering key outcomes and is agile in adapting to new insights.
