Justine Lindner is a partner in the Labour & Employment Law Group in Toronto. She advises public and private sector employers across various industries on workplace issues including employment standards, wrongful dismissal, human rights, privacy, and occupational health and safety.
Justine represents clients before labour arbitrators, courts, and administrative tribunals. She also conducts workplace investigations and provides training on health and safety compliance, including obligations under the OHSA and the Criminal Code.
