We will discuss the management of legal risks associated with geotechnical, environmental, and utility-related issues on construction projects including understanding the nature of risks and consequences if these risks materialize.
We will also discuss general risk management principles to avoid, accept, transfer or share risk, and to mitigate risks, and we will provide practical tips in relation to risk management.
