EFI™ VUTEk® Q Series roll-to-roll printers were developed to bring you the highest image quality at the highest rated speeds. The printers – the 5.2-meter-wide VUTEk Q5r and the 2.5-meter-wide VUTEk Q3r – can provide a complete print to finished graphic workflow with value-enhancing options that include inline slitting and cutting, roll & tape, and much more. The printers are production workhorses suitable for everything from fleet graphics, truck side curtains and building wraps to POP signage, backlit and exhibition graphics, and window decorations with true resolutions up to 1,200 dpi. They are also among the very few superwide-format inkjet printers to achieve Type II certification for wallcoverings without lamination or coating. You can deliver premium-quality graphics with superior white ink printing in single- and multi-layer print modes, with the ability to print white and clear ink simultaneously. A new EFI UltraClear™ Coat option offers better resistance to abrasion and scratching, chemicals, weather damage/air pollution, and UV fading/yellowing – with glossy or matte finishes and selective or full flood output. Another new option, InSpec inline inspection, can identify nozzle out and media advance issues, colour variations and printer adjustment issues, helping to ensure that you truly and consistently deliver the best-quality graphics possible.
