Emesto Silver fungicide seed-piece treatment and Emesto Complete fungicide and insecticide seed-piece treatment offer two great choices for potato crop protection. Whichever one you choose, you can expect outstanding results.
Emesto Silver offers excellent control of seed-borne diseases like fusarium tuber rot and seed-borne rhizoctonia. Emesto Complete combines that same protection with an insecticide to protect your crop from yield-robbing pests as well as diseases.

In-furrow Protection
|
| |
Velum Rise and Velum Prime fungicide/nematicide deliver protection from nematodes and diseases from two outstanding in-furrow solutions from Bayer.
Velum Prime provides nematode protection, along with secondary fungicidal benefits, including suppression of early blight and black dot*. Velum Rise delivers excellent control of soil-borne black scurf, stem and stolon canker caused by Rhizoctonia solani. It also provides suppression of early blight and black dot* as well as white mould.
*Black dot (Colletotrichum coccodes) and plant pathogenic nematodes are some of the causal agents of the potato early dying (PED) disease complex.

Performance

Research trials showed that Velum Rise increased marketable yield compared to the untreated checks. The addition of Emesto Silver fungicide seed-piece treatment further improved marketable yields.

Trials were conducted by Bayer Crop Science Field Solutions team and Atlantic AgriTech conducted over 2 years and 4 sites (2020, 2021). All treatments were inoculated with Rhizoctonia. Your results may vary according to agronomic, environmental, pest and disease pressure variables.
