We’re calling on industry peers, mentors, and leaders to help us spotlight these rising stars. The winners will be profiled in the next issue of Plant and on our website.

Who should be nominated?
We’re looking for individuals under 40 who:

• Lead with integrity and initiative
• Embrace continuous learning and mentorship
• Contribute to innovation, resilience, and sustainability
• Play a key role in operations, supply chain, business development, or other strategic functions
• Support the growth and competitiveness of Canadian manufacturing

Eligibility:
Nominees must be:

• Under 40 years old as of December 31, 2025
• Working in or supplying to the Canadian discrete manufacturing sector
• Employed by or serving a Canada-based operation

Deadline for nominations: August 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
