Plant’s new Top 10 Under 40 awards program is now accepting nominations—and we need your help identifying the young professionals who are shaping the future of Canadian manufacturing.

We’re looking for 10 individuals under 40 who are making meaningful contributions to the sector, whether through innovation, leadership, or a commitment to continuous improvement. These are the people driving change on the shop floor, in the boardroom, and across the supply chain.
