Cabinet Cooler® Systems

The dusty environments of most factories are the enemies of sensitive electronic controls. Dust intrusion can be reduced by placing electronics in a dust-proof enclosure, but that can lead to overheating controls (which can lead to nuisance tripping and circuit drift) if no mitigation is applied. EXAIR's compressed air powered Cabinet Cooler Systems are engineered to keep control cabinets both dust-free and cool. Using a small amount of compressed air, they produce a cool, clean flow of air that will maintain proper operating temperature and a higher enclosure pressure that will help to keep dust and dirt out.

Safety Air Guns

Keeping intakes, throughputs, and outflows clean will help insure both a smooth workflow and happy workers! EXAIR has a full range of safety air gun models that are designed for anything from small task cleanups (like circuit board dust removal) to large jobs (like blowing out scrap from a machining process). High Lift Chip Trapper™

An inevitable part of any large scale machining process is cleaning up the sump! To make this task easier, EXAIR has engineered a specialized solution — the High Lift Chip Trapper. Not only does it feature a powerful compressed air powered pump that's strong enough to pull debris-laden, swarf-filled coolant out of deep sumps, but it can also prolong the life of expensive coolants or oils by filtering out the impurities into a reusable filter bag. The pump can then reversed for easy refilling of supply reservoirs. 30, 50, and 110 gallon systems are available. All include the drum, pump assembly, shutoff valve, hose, tools, filter bags and drum dolly.

Varistat® Benchtop Ionizer

When assembling products - especially electronics - a clean, static free work area is very important. That's why EXAIR now offers the Varistat fan-driven static eliminator. It is designed to flood a workstation with a constant stream of ion-balancing airflow to keep parts both static and dust free. The Varistat can reduce a 1000V charge to under 100V in .8 seconds and comes with a mount to make it easy to place for optimal results. It features selectable voltage, variable fan speeds, and adjustable polarity.
