The Baking Association of Canada, in partnership with the Conseil de Boulangerie Québec (CBQ), is proud to host Bakery Showcase at the Palais des congrès in Montreal April 14-15, 2025. For the first time in Montreal, the Canadian Pizza Summit and Pizza Chef of the Year Competition will be held as part of the larger Bakery Showcase trade show and conference. Pizza operators and other professionals are invited to attend the trade show April 14-15 – and be sure to watch the Pizza Chef of the Year Competition on April 15!
