The Baking Association of Canada, in partnership with the Conseil de Boulangerie Québec (CBQ), will host Bakery Showcase at the Palais des congrès in Montreal April 14-15, 2025. Join industry professionals from bakeries, grocery, pizzerias, restaurants and food-service outlets at Canada’s only business-to-business baking event!
For the first time in Montreal, the Canadian Pizza Summit and Pizza Chef of the Year Competition will be held as part of the larger Bakery Showcase. Bakery and pizzeria owners, operators and other professionals are invited to attend the trade show April 14-15 – and be sure to watch the Pizza Chef of the Year Competition on April 15!
Bakery Showcase is a two-day event exclusively for the baking, pizza, food, packaging and related industries in Canada, where you’ll find more than 110 exciting vendors with cutting-edge equipment, ingredients and services ready to brainstorm with you on your biggest challenges and goals, and many opportunities for learning and networking!
