Located just outside of Portland, Oregon, this facility was constructed in 2022 with 27,000+ sq. ft. of growing area and designed for expansion to more than 223,000 sq. ft. of growing area. The first phase can produce 400,000+ clamshells of baby-leaf lettuce or herbs annually. The growing system is flexible and can produce many different types of crops. Fish culture tanks, bio-filters, controls and other equipment have been professionally engineered and scaled for this facility. Infrastructure, natural gas and electrical service are designed and in place for full build-out and back-up power generation is installed. The facility was built for efficiency with low labor requirements and high output. Rolling ebb-&-flow tables, tray elevator, wash station, high-speed seeding line, high-speed harvest system, automatic rolling energy shades and top-quality design allow for superior quality and rapid plant maturity. Future expansion is designed for automation.
