The new application update combines The MAJOR App with the FLEX-MAT Sensor App to create one resource for mining and aggregate customers. Users can easily access articles, announcements, the RFID reader technology and the FLEX-MAT Sensor.
The app includes an augmented measurement of panels without ID Enabled features. Customers use the phone’s camera for approximate measurements, reducing the need to climb onto the screen deck.
Users can scan panels equipped with ID Enabled technology with the app, eliminating the need for a dedicated RFID reader. This feature facilitates screen media data retrieval, improves the re-ordering process and enhances inventory management by maintaining digital records of panel specifications. Fewer physical measurements reduces the potential for mistakenly ordering the wrong screen media size.
Additionally, The MAJOR App integrates the FLEX-MAT Sensor, vibration data measurement tool. Measurements can be taken with a single sensor without shutting down the screen box. The app provides actionable vibration data within seconds, enabling users to fine-tune screen box performance effectively.
