Luff’s top urethane products are a variety of return rollers, including the Urethane Disc Return, Clean Weave and Urethane Beater Return. Each one has its own unique way of cleaning the belt and benefits to suit different applications.
Urethane Disc Return Roll - Used for abrasion resistance lasting 4-5 times longer than standard rubber. Luff’s unique design of rubber end disc complete with urethane centers offers a cost-effective solution.
Clean Weave Return Roll - Cleans the belt with continuous contact on the belt with no, to very little vibration. It works well in combination with belt scale systems, as it does not affect the calibration of the scale.
Urethane Beater Return Roll - Creates vibration through a “beater” action which helps to displace debris from the belt. This product works great with a cleated belt.
